User Id's and Passwords
CCI provides each user in your organization with a unique user name and password. In addition, multi-level user access controls are provided within a team account, and the application backend is supported by an SQL database providing private, scalable storage.
CCI is collocated in a state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco, California, that provides 24-hour physical security, palm print and picture identification, redundant electrical generators, and other backup equipment designed to keep servers continually up and running.
Access and Uptime
The CCI servers run on fault-tolerant enterprise-class server platforms running Microsoft server software and mirrored file storage rated to exceed 99.99% uptime. All networking components are redundantly configuration.
User data is stored on storage that is mirrored across different units. Also, all user data, up to the last committed transaction, is backed up to a primary tape library on a nightly basis. Backup tapes are moved to secure, off-site storage on a regular basis. Disaster recovery plans are in place.
Notification of Outages
CCI provides advance notification to its clients of planned outages for routine maintenance, hardware upgrades, changes to network interfaces, and reporting.
In event of catastrophic server or application failure CCI provides a 24-hour pager alert system. During CCI business hours personnel will respond within 15 minutes. Outside of CCI business hours personnel will respond within one hour.
